"Mother's Day" Weekly Treasury Challenge Winner: Leyton Smiles
Congratulations to Lisa of Leyton Smiles on Etsy on her win of the Mother's Day treasury challenge! Lisa's treasury, "The Way to Mom's Heart - A Gift Guide" was lucky number 26 out of 29 treasury submissions. EKTT Weekly Treasury Challenge: Biking for Arbor Day or Mother's/Father's Day
Biking for Arbor Day
Focus Items: Arbor Day is April 29, Greenery Day (Japan) is April 29, trees, leaves, branches, planting trees, woodgrain, forests, rain forests, nurture nature, natural history, woodland, birds, squirrels, butterflies, feathers, feather hair extensions and accessories, nests, acorns, glass domes, terrariums, window herb garden, garden markers, planters, eco-friendly, upcycled, recycled, brass and cast iron animals, natural colors. May is Bike Month, vintage bikes, vintage collectibles and outdoor travel.
OR
Mother's Day and/or Father's Day
Focus Items (Mom): Mother's Day is May 8, flower and bud vases, planters, home decor, expedited shipping options for last minute shoppers. Personalization options--monograms, initials, fingerprints, zodiacs, custom labels, stamps, and the family tree. Pampering for mom, soaps, skin care, jewelry, creative framing and photo displays, gadget accessories, Mother's Day cards. Organizational solutions like creative chalkboards and whiteboards.
Focus Items (Dad): business and office accessories, gadgets and tech gear, gadget cases, outdoor equipment, grilling, camping, hobbies and sports gear, men's fashion, keepsakes, luxury gifts. Think in terms of the home chef, the auto enthusiast, the handyman, the trendsetter, the classic, and dads who seem to have it all. Include vintage collectibles, bikes, and fashion. May is National Barbecue month.
1. Submit as many treasuries fitting these themes in as many variations as you wish through Saturday, April 30, 9:00 a.m. EST.

EKTT Weekly Treasury Challenge: Spring Holidays or Red Riding Hood
The winner of our latest weekly treasury challenge, SquishyBee on Etsy, wants to celebrate Spring Holidays with the EtsyKids Treasury Team! To add a new dimension to this week's challenge let's head to the movies: HOP opens April 1st and Red Riding Hood is already a trending topic for April's Merchandising Report. We've already had one EKTT treasury make the front page of Etsy for the movie theme Red Riding Hood--let's curate more for Etsy's home page!
April Fools' Day, Easter, or Mother's Day
Focus Items: April Fools treasuries will focus on practical jokes, gag gifts, and silly handmade and vintage items...tickle our funny bones! Easter and Mother's Day treasuries will be tagged with these dates: Mothering Sunday, April 3; Easter, April 24; and Mother's Day, May 8. Mother's Day or Mothering Sunday: personalization options, pampering, jewelry, creative framing and photo displays, gadget accessories, flower and bud vases, planters, home decor, and cards for Mother's Day, spring gardening, flowers, spring fashion basics in lighter materials, open-toe shoes, sunglasses, and hair accessories. Easter: HOP the movie (click to see trailer), bright and pastel colors, bunnies, rabbits, eggs, baskets, candy, toys, children's spring formal attire, and religious mementos.

Little Red Riding Hood
